This book is about hope, love, and miracles, as I battled with alcoholism, an abusive husband, and bone marrow cancer. With the help of a Power greater than myself, and loving friends and family, I was able to deal successfully with all of these challenges. Divorced with two children, and in my early thirties I discovered the escape value of alcohol and for a dozen years I pursued this avenue with my new husband. Fifty years after I had begun college I returned, and in my senior year at the University of Montana I was diagnosed with cancer. Hope, love, and miracles continued to play out as they have since I was a child running on the banks of Grandpa’s creek.
